Transfigurative Living

/trans·fig·u·ra·tion/ Noun

The transformative and holistic approach to life that encompasses personal growth, mindfulness, and well-being. It emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, self-reflection, and intentional living.

By consciously making choices that align with personal values and goals, individuals can experience growth, fulfillment, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.

“Fundamentally, Zen is a way of seeing clearly who we are and what our life is, and a way of living based on that clear vision.”
― John Daishin Buksbazen

I provide an inspiring atmosphere where individuals can find guidance in navigating their present situations and conditions. Through my program, individuals will develop abilities in fostering self-understanding, improving emotional aptitude, and creating lasting a lasting metamorphosis that impact every aspect of their existence.

Furthermore, I integrate the belief system that guides my own life, known as "Creatoorhood - The Art of Living from Truth" by Kevin Walton (also referred to as Source Radiance), as well as the Adult Chair® model developed by Michelle Chalfant, which aids in achieving emotional well-being and maturity.

Learn more about the Adult Chair Model Below

The Child Chair

This is the focal point of emotional processing, remembrance and vulnerability. This is where we slow down and shift from avoiding and suppressing the experience to acknowledging it and responding to it effectively.

The Adolescent Chair

This is where one demystifies the story, comes out of the assumptions and acknowledges the truth. This is where we take off the cloak of the false identities and meet all aspects of self.

The Adult Chair

The seat of self-awareness and integration where all insights received are made comprehensible. This is where one honors self, receives the inner standing and embraces the all of them; transmutes the shadow to reshape their reality.
